See you there! I am so excited for this!

Thanks to everyone who came out to see me at The Art Market at Emily Carr University! Met lots of people, lots of networking, two of my sculptures found homes (one will go to Quebec and one will stay in Vancouver) and I got an "Ok" to be in an exhibition at The Fall Tattoo and Artist's Gallery (more details to come, don't worry!).

Pictures below document my table at the exhibition... a very busy three days but I am happy with how things turned out. If you didn't get a chance to go to the show or if you did go but regretted not having bought a sculpture and really want a specific friend, you can always arrange with me to see my work in person- either I can meet you in the middle or you can come out to my studio, I have a Square card reader or take cash for payments.

Check out the pics below, feel free to like and share and I appreciate any feedback!

I will be at Emily Carr University's Art Market this coming weekend, Sept. 27th and 28th 2014 from 11am - 5pm! This event is apart of Emily Carr University's Alumni Comeback! First 25 in the door will be entered to win a handmade door prize- mine being a small figurine that is apart of my newest, in progress and currently untitled series.

I will be bringing pieces from all three series I have created since having graduated from Emily Carr University in 2011 so you can see and purchase something from my professional timeline! I will be bringing free standing pieces both small, medium and large, as well as some wall hanging cat heads from my Disorderly series and the three wall pieces from my The End Is Now series. My booth is at the front to the right, will be red, black and totally deranged. This is a great opportunity to see my work in person and I have lots of boxes and packaging if you wish to make a purchase. I have received my Square Card Reader so I will be able to take cash and cards!

I am also giving away free ceramic coins with my logo on front, first come fist serve, as well I will have my tablet for you to sign up on my newsletter- which you can do at the bottom of my website at anytime to keep on top of what I do in my studio and out and about!

About the Art Market:
"A new annual highlight on Vancouver’s art market scene!
Presented as a part of The Comeback, Emily Carr’s annual alumni reunion, The Art Market will showcase the work of our talented alumni in the same way that the Student Art Sale highlights that of our students.

The Art Market will take place in the Concourse Gallery September 27 and 28 from 11am - 5pm.

Featured artists include:

Visit The Art Market for artists bios and images of work. The Art Market @ Emily Carr is presented by our great friends at Opus Art Supplies.

See Biohazard Chicken, Mutant Chicken, and Hormone Chicken at the Gallery of B.C. Ceramics until September 28th 2014 as apart of the "Put A Bird On It" exhibition! This is a group show that includes works by the guild's membership. These pieces are on display and are for purchase!
See my work on Granville Island again after the "Put A Bird On It" exhibition at the Concourse Gallery at Emily Carr University in their first annual "Art Market". I will be selling select pieces from all of my series at the event on the two days and will be accepting cash and cards (working on setting up a square reader on my phone!). It will be a great opportunity for you to see some of my work out of the studio and I would love to meet you all! I hear there are going to be tons of other awesome alumni and each vendor will be donating a piece to the door prizes so it is worth to come just for the chance to win one of those!

See three of my latest birds from The END is NOW at the Gallery of BC Ceramics in August!

The Gallery of BC Ceramics is hosting a show called "Put a Bird on It" featuring anything that has a bird on, in, or depicting and of course, it must be made of clay. I have submitted three pieces that have been accepted to the show which are "Hormone Chicken", "Mutant Chicken" and "Biohazard Chicken" from my The END is NOW series. They will be on display there August 28 - September 28 2014 assuming they have enough space for everyone's work ;) (small place). I am very excited as this, so far, is the first and soonest showing of my newest work to the public! I have finally released all the images of The END is NOW virtually to the public so now I am applying to lots of shows locally, and soon hoping to apply to other provinces and near by states... Time to get the work out there! As well as make new work for my next series...

Well if you would like to see me and my work, I'll be at the Opening Reception - Thursday, August 28, 5-7pm
